Trebol
Our purpose
Living laboratories of place and purpose
Trebol Lifeworks is a purpose-driven property development company. We bring land, buildings and people together to regenerate what connects us all — nature.
What we do
We develop, operate, and manage places for conscious living and working, where hospitality, nature, and regeneration come together to restore landscapes, buildings, and communities. We operate boutique hotels and resorts, restaurants, and regenerative farms, and we also lease locations to aligned regenerative operators.
Stewards of living ecosystems
We shape places through thoughtful restoration, natural materials, and regenerative land stewardship, creating environments that contribute positively to local communities, economies, and nature. Each place is part of a wider ecosystem of change, where hospitality, agriculture, culture, community, and conservation come together to regenerate what connects us all: nature.
Rooted in place, united by purpose
From Catalunya (Spain) to Cape Town (South Africa), and with our management and global advisory team based in Andorra, we work across landscapes and communities to regenerate our shared commitment: preserving land for future generations.
Our divisions
-
We develop nature destinations and timeless Mediterranean homes and buildings. Our projects combine boutique hospitality, community spaces, regenerative farming and thoughtful real estate. Our aim: to drive transition towards regenerative watersheds and societies.
-
We design, build, and run places where nature sets the rhythm. Barefoot luxury hotels, restaurants, and venues that celebrate food, craft, and connection. Each stay is an invitation to slow down and return to what truly matters.
-
We cultivate vineyards, olive groves, and forests using regenerative practices. Healthy soil, biodiversity, and resilience form the roots of everything we grow.
We believe in land stewardship. -
We are a boutique advisory firm supporting governments, investors, development banks and philanthropists in launching bioregional development initiatives. Our work focuses on bioregional strategy and strategic public private partnerships, aligning vision, strategy and capital. Our goal is to help enable large-scale transformation towards thriving societies founded in sense of belonging, co-creating regenerative economies, water security and fire safety.
